While the world experienced the Cold War
President in America got killed – Cuba – and a child to a military man.
Fear was everywhere so the father took us as far from the terror of War as he could – Australia.
My home since 1966.
Greatest island on Earth – a jewel in any ocean.
We have no borders we are – a single Nation.
We are young and we dance on the streets
Along the seashore – No place I would rather call home my Friends

I don’t belong here – it was just life
And somewhere in LIFE – I took a wrong turn!!!
I’m an artist like so many – BUT –
My Accolades I’m yet to earn.
Sixty-one winters have – passed me – >
Yes ->> some blizzards have aged me!
I’ve suffered, I’ve Loved, I believed.
Life encaged me.
In the prison one makes for himself – I’ve loitered for far too long
I’m coming out into the World – twice as tough – twice as strong.
The greatest Poems and love songs were written by people like me
Capturing a moment in time – and emotions
Accurately recounting the image that you see.
Across the mountains and beaches
A picnic in an emerald forest, to the stage in life’s theatre- and how often, I felt the smallest.

As a poet I’ve Risen in the fullness of time – I come from the darkness reciting my rhyme

Become a free spirit tonight

While those sticks – simply mess with your hips.

You and I –
Meet my band !
They will play – while we dance
When we dance
You will feel the rhythm of our two hearts beating
And you’re going to feel my breath upon your skin
The mood will be
So romantic ~
And when we dance there is a chance
That your heart will dance with mine

Every moment of the day
Is filled with loving you.
I know you’ve been waiting Girl
With love that’s warm and true –
Clouds roll by and I write on them
That – I love you for all the days
You ask me how I love you Girl, well,
Let me count the ways.
I love you in the morning
Yes, I love you all day long.
But when the evening comes
My love is twice as strong.
Then, I love you when I sleep
In my dreams I long for you.
Waking in the night all alone
Often left me blue.
I love you when you smile at me
And when you look for me at night.
I love you when you giggle
Your laughter is so bright.
I love you because- You cried for me.
For no one has before.
I love everything you are
I love you – that’s for sure.
I love making love to you
I love gazing into your eyes
I love calling out your name
I love listening to your sighs
I love your lips, your eyes, your breasts
I love your urgent need
Most of all I love the way –
You put up with my greed.
I love the way – I feel at peace, as I lay
Safe in your loving arms.

As well as, all your charms.
