“NITASU tell me about yourself where were you born and explain the town etc. and where do you live now?”
“Hello, I was born in Kolkata (Formerly Calcutta, motherland to Tagore, Satyajit Ray, place of work to Saint Teresa). It is in the state of West Bengal situated in the east of my country India. It is a beautiful city, with historical buildings and high importance.The seventh largest and probably the fourth busiest in the world, Kolkata aka Calcutta is also called the City of Joy.
Presently I live in Chandanagar, a small town near Kolkata, discovered by the Portuguese by the banks of the River Hooghly. It was later ruled by the French and has a huge french colonial influence. Many buildings and institutes are still run by the French Government. It’s a, beautiful town with awesome backdrop.The world famous lightning and fireworks of Chandanagar is now spreading its wings across the globe.”
“Hi Nitasu, tell me about your writing, why do you like it so much?”
“Writing is my passion since my teens and I have been chasing the dreams to become a writer some day. It was after I joined Facebook, did I meet the famous Author Deborah Brookes Langford who made me pursue my dreams further. It was for her, my written works came to print.
I love to write because it brings out my hidden desires and my passion. I write in all genres but romance or melancholy note is my USP.”
“Nitasu, from day one I have always loved your passion and your poetry has always drawn me in, where do you get your inspiration from?”
“Debbie, I get inspiration from nature, human relationships, anyone I come across, places.
My mother inspired me a lot to write and my sons and husband are my greatest strength in life.
It’s this Author Deborah Brookes Langford who inspired me to write professionally and along with her, Author Susan Joyner Stumpf both inspired me and helped my works to be published in prints.”
“Nitasu, you are the sweetest and most awesome Poetess and I have to say a true friend. So Susan and I inspire you, ahhhh but you inspire me…who else inspires you, who are your favorite authors?”
“Debbie, my all time favorties are William Wordsworth, he inspires me in my rhyming pattern to flow in my inks of love. William Shakespeare and Charles Dickens introduced me to fine literature. I started loving to write short stories after having read O’Henry. Sidney Sheldon is my favourite author. Its Sidney Sheldon, Harold Robbins, Jeffrey Archer who led my heart to this world of sensuous fiction with mystery and magic.
Among Indian writers I love the works of Rabindranath Tagore, Satyajit Ray, Sunil Ganguly, Saratchandra Chattopadhyay.
Among the contemporary writers, the works of Curran Bhagat, Ravinder Singh, Jhumpa Lahiri, Sachin Garg,etc etc too attracts me a lot.”

“Debbie, in poetry its generally in rhythmic pattern with a flow of words very simple and straight from heart. It just rhymes as my heart chimes the words deep inside.
In short stories, I love ending with a mind blowing twist and keep the readers thinking about it .
In a novella or a novel, I love to keep the mystery churning out. I want the ink to grasp hold of the reader’s mind and leave an impact after the story ends. I want the readers to crave for more to come.
I write in all genres, be it romance, nature or human relationship. But whatever I do I do it from the heart.”

“Debbie, there is only one I want to say,whatever you do, wherever you go just follow your heart. Write with passions, think from heart and let words pour out.”

“Debbie, I’m a very shy and timid person,homely and nervous kind of. Hardcore romantic, I love life and people around me. Passionate and emotional person so get hurt quite often. I’m petrified of all animals and insects. I sing and dance quite well. My hobbies include travelling, cooking and music.”

“Debbie, I have travelled all over in my country,India. I wish to travel across the globe to meet my friends.

Unsaid things stay with us forever

Some things leave it unsaid,
Till you are gone and dead.
For they stay with us forever,
Unforgettable now or never.
The silent gaps filled with voices,
Unsaid,unheard,but make so many noises.
We long forever to hear them out,
Arouses our curiosity and doubt.
Some emotions unexpressed with these unsaid words,
Some feelings died before they ever could be heard,
All say to speak your heart out,and clear all fuss,
But I feel things left unsaid stays forever with us.

Wanna get rid of all what caused me pain,
Wanna never repeat the past mistakes again.
Wanna live and let live ,
Wanna receive as much as i give.
Wanna explore phases of life undiscovered,
Wanna go to depths of relationships left uncovered.
Wanna understand the words spoken in silence,
Wanna capture the world in my unique lens.
Wanna do this ,wanna do that,
Wanna grow lil slim as i have grown fat.(Lol)
Wanna listen to only what my heart says,
Wanna see now better days.
Wanna love me more than i used to,
Wanna make you love me more than you do.
Wanna see all my dearries happy and gay,
Wanna live in peace on earth as long as I stay.
Wanna grow up as a better human,
Wanna love all as much as i can.
Wanna forgive and forget all who did me wrong,
Wanna thank them all for making me more strong.
